Shipping & Distribution Policy

1. Eligible Recipients

Shipments from Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences are made exclusively to verified Provider Account holders. Eligible recipients include:

• Licensed healthcare professionals with an active, verified Provider Account.
• Qualified research institutions with institutional verification on file.
• Authorized distributors operating under a written distribution agreement with Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences.
• Group purchasing organizations (GPOs) with verified institutional membership credentials.

Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences reserves the right to decline shipment to any address that does not align with the verified credentials on the Provider Account, or where we have reason to believe the delivery address does not represent an eligible research or institutional facility.

2. Domestic Shipping

Coverage

Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, subject to applicable state and local regulations governing the receipt of research chemicals.

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders below the free shipping threshold are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options (2-day, overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and released to the carrier within one (1) to three (3) business days of order confirmation, subject to verification status and inventory availability. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on a business day, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

3. International Shipping

International shipments are not offered as a standard service. In limited cases, Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences may accommodate international institutional orders on a case-by-case basis, subject to:

• Applicable import regulations and customs requirements in the destination country.
• Verification that the receiving institution holds all permits required to lawfully import and use research chemicals of the applicable classification.
• A written agreement specifying shipping terms, import responsibilities, and applicable fees.

To inquire about an international order, contact us at our contact page before placing an order. Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or seizure of shipments due to non-compliance with destination-country regulations.

4. Shipment Documentation

Every order shipped by Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences includes the following documentation:

• Certificate of Analysis (COA) — third-party HPLC and MS results confirming purity and identity for the specific lot shipped.
• Packing slip — itemized list of Products included in the shipment with lot numbers.
• Shipping confirmation — email sent to the Provider Account upon carrier pickup, including tracking information.

COA documentation is also available at any time through your Provider Account portal. If you believe documentation is missing from your shipment, contact us within five (5) business days of delivery.

5. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to Products transfer to the Provider upon delivery to the carrier at Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences's facility. Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages occurring after the shipment is in the carrier's possession, except as described in our Refund & Resolution Policy.

If a shipment has not arrived within five (5) business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at our contact page with your order number and tracking information. We will initiate a carrier inquiry on your behalf.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging or the Products themselves:

• Do not discard the original packaging.
• Photograph the damaged packaging and contents immediately upon discovery.
• Report the damage to our contact page within five (5) business days of delivery, including your order number and photographs.

Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences will work with the carrier to investigate the claim and, where the damage is confirmed, arrange for a replacement shipment or resolution in accordance with our Refund & Resolution Policy.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain Products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on classification, state regulations, or carrier requirements. Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences will notify you at the time of order if a Product cannot be shipped to your state or address under applicable regulations.

It is the Provider's responsibility to confirm that receipt and possession of ordered Products is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to placing an order. Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences will not ship to addresses in jurisdictions where the applicable Products are prohibited by state or local law.

8. Carrier and Packaging

Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences selects carriers and packaging methods appropriate for research-grade chemical shipments, including temperature-sensitive handling where required by the product specification. Specific carrier selection is at our discretion and may vary by order size, destination, and Product type.

If your institution has specific carrier or packaging requirements — including cold-chain handling — notify us at our contact page at the time of order so we can accommodate your needs where possible.

9. Modifications to This Policy

Amino Gen Lab USA Research Sciences reserves the right to update this Shipping & Distribution Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
